Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) at a healthcare facility in Seattle, WA. The position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services during daytime hours. It requires a valid active license, at least one year of experience, and the ability to commit to a 13- to 26-week assignment starting on 11/09/2026.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Active license in good standing; minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy; schedule availability for daytime shifts; current credentialing if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with outpatient populations; familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
Additional Information:

The assignment includes a commitment of 13 to 26 weeks.
Equipment will be provided during the interview process.
Parking will be available during the first day.
Dress code details will be provided during the first day.
A completion bonus is offered for contractors who sign through the end of September: $2,500 for 20 weeks; $5,000 for 26 weeks.
