Travel to Yearly team meeting (less than 5% travel). 3-4 years of administrative support experience.

• Managing calendars, meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, travel arrangement, expense reporting, etc.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SAP (entering PO's) is helpful.
• Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Strong data analysis.
• Provides daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to managing phone calls, calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting minutes, procurement of goods and services, submitting purchase requisitions, processing invoices, tracking purchase orders, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, managing conference room schedules, processing work requests and generating work orders.

Multi-tasks and responds to evolving priorities relating to site safety and security

Follows site safety rules and promotes their observance in performance of job duties.
