• n As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers. When guests enter the store, you’re the person who guides them. You help our guests discover the styles that reflect their lives and help them design rooms they will love to live in. • Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest. engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in a cordial, respectful manner representing the Company's brand image. \Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols. Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required while maintaining thorough documentation of sales transactions \n

Address customer concerns independently whenever possible \n

Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists \n

Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory checks \n

Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards \n

At least 18 years old \n

• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation. \High school diploma or equivalent, preferred \n
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred \n
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays \n

• n Compensation: The first two weeks of training are paid at an hourly rate of $15.40 to $15.40 per hour, at the minimum wage rate in the location where you work. After completion of the initial training period, eligible employees can earn commissions and incentives on sales and quarterly bonuses based on sales performance, with no maximum earnings. Commission and other incentive amounts differ based on product types and sales volume.
