Ideally you are currently or have been a Caregiver (CNA or HCA). Therefore, you will be willing to take on caregiving shifts while you help build the King County office into a thriving operation. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up and position yourself for great personal and career growth opportunities. You will start by being trained by current Caregivers as a backup for each of their Clients. Simultaneously you will be in charge of Caregiver recruitment which is our #1 priority for the King County region. Once we have a strong team of Caregivers through your recruitment efforts, we will work with you to increase our customer base through marketing and sales. Once you've succeeded at Caregiver recruitment and growing the number of service hours we provide, you can start to determine what you most prefer to do. You will oversee general Office/Operations Management, focus on marketing or recruitment or take on something entirely new that fits your skillset. This role has the excitement of a startup with the financial stability of an established firm.

You must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record as well as a reliable car. Your salary guarantees you a predictable wage and there will be opportunity for bonuses. Bonus pay opportunities

Start with Caregiver duties

Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care

Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor

Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert

Act as a backup Caregiver

Identify the best sources for Caregiver recruitment

Use our software to post ads and process applications

Retain great Caregivers

Attend local networking events

Attain referrals from area hospitals, clinics and other sources

Graduated from an accredited Home Care Aide or CNA program
