The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division
The Salvation Army Midtown Services and Treatment Center is seeking an Intake Coordinator to conduct intakes, assessments, and crisis interventions, develop treatment and safety plans, and coordinate referrals. This full-time role involves data entry, billing liaison, and ensuring compliance with standards.
Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience, CIMOR proficiency, and CPR/First Aid certification.
