Dental Hygienist (Full-Time) Tech Dentistry

Our mission is to provide exceptional dental care to children in a friendly, welcoming environment using the latest techniques and technology. We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join our wonderful team. This full-time position offers a five-day workweek totaling approximately 23-32 hours, including one evening shift and no weekend work. You will play a vital role in preventive dental care, educating children and their caregivers while working alongside experienced dental assistants and supportive staff. Dental hygienist

Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and review patient histories

Perform routine and deep dental cleanings, including supragingival and subgingival scaling, root planing, polishing, and flossing

Take and process diagnostic digital X-rays

Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants to prevent decay

Educate children and caregivers on effective oral hygiene practices and preventive care

Chart existing restorations, caries, and periodontal conditions accurately

Monitor and report any changes in patients’ dental or medical conditions to the supervising dentist

Shift & Schedule

Licensed dental hygienist

Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from an ADA-accredited program

Current Dental Hygienist license for the state of Pennsylvania

Minimum of 1 year of clinical dental hygiene experience, preferably in pediatric dentistry

Knowledge of pediatric dental hygiene procedures and patient management

Excellent communication skills with children and caregivers

Experience working in a pediatric dental or similar clinical setting
