You’ll Be Responsible For:Managing effective cost planning, procurement, and delivery of cost management services that support strategic outcomes for clients.Ensuring ethical, commercially sound operations while advancing carbon‑reduction and responsible business practices.Managing feasibility studies, procurement strategies and contract documentation to ensure robust, compliant project foundations.Delivering accurate estimating, cost planning, valuation and reporting to maintain strong commercial control and client confidence.Managing contract administration, assessing change, claims and final accounts to safeguard project outcomes.Inspiring and developing teams, driving continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration and net‑zero‑aligned delivery.   You’ll Need To Have:Degree in quantity surveying/cost management with strong commercial and financial acumen.Knowledge of value engineering, lifecycle costing, contract law and sustainability principles.Experience leading project workstreams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients.Create Opportunity - For our people to excel: We are also open to discussing part time, flexible, and hybrid working options if suitable with-in the role.#Full-time
