P rovide individual, group , and/or family therapy to clients and/or famil ies; provide clinical assessment, field-based , and outreach services to clients and their families; Provide strengths-based, family-centered therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy.
Collaborate with the Department of Children and Family Services and the Multi-disciplinary team.
Deliver services in the community or field, meeting program and funding source requirements.
Maintain client files in compliance with agency policy, showing cultural and linguistic needs sensitivity.
Meet Agency requirements for billing reimbursable services.
Attend staff meetings, contribute to program development, and participate in community outreach with the BHD Prevention team.
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology.

• Licensed-eligible: board-registered MFT-Intern, ASW, MSW, or Licensed professional.
• 1-2 years' postgraduate experience with adolescents and families in various therapeutic modalities.
• Knowledge of social, cultural, and intergenerational dynamics of Chinese/Asian immigrants and refugees.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with children, youth, and families.
• Bilingual/bicultural knowledge in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is preferred.
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends.
