Senior Product Manager

to own Content Moderation & Processing, one of Bazaarvoice's most critical capabilities and differentiators. for how billions of pieces of User Generated Content flow through Bazaarvoice's moderation, validation, and publishing pipelines. Drive the transformation from legacy systems to unified, modern moderation platform

Own the product vision for how Bazaarvoice processes billions of content operations

Expand ML capabilities to comprehensive automation across all content types (text, images, video)Partner with Data Science to evolve models that detect AI-generated content, review bombing, and emerging fraud patterns

Create AI-powered feedback loops to coach consumers toward displayable content

Advanced content quality scoring and author reputation systems

Own publishing pipeline performance, stability, and throughput optimization

Partner with Content Operations to optimize human moderation workflows

4-7 years product management experience, ideally with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products

Experience driving product strategy for operational systems (moderation, fraud, compliance, content processing, trust & safety)

Track record of transforming legacy systems or technical debt into modern, scalable platforms

APIs, database performance, publishing pipelines, batch vs. Experience defining success metrics and instrumenting products for data-driven decision-making
