Insurance Agency Sales Professional

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their insurance career who wants strong training, consistent lead flow, and clear earning potential. You will sell personal lines insurance while building lasting client relationships and contributing to a team that values ethical practices.

Sell personal lines insurance, including auto, home, renters, condo, landlord, and recreational products
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers
Deliver a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction
Track activity and results to meet individual and agency sales goals
Active Property and Casualty insurance license
Less than one year of insurance or sales experience preferred
Customer-focused approach with a passion for helping others
Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
