Seeking an experienced Vendor Management Manager to oversee contract and vendor management activities supporting Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance. This role will partner with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners to ensure compliance with safety reporting requirements and quality standards.

Manage vendor and contract activities related to Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs).

Oversee supplier safety information reconciliation, quality control, and reporting activities.

Partner with Patient Safety, Quality, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.

Support audits, inspections, SOP development, and regulatory compliance.

Identify and document late or non-compliant supplier reporting and support root-cause/CAPA activities.

Provide guidance and training on vendor management and safety reporting requirements.

Lead projects and process improvement initiatives while managing multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Medical/Life Sciences and 8+ years of relevant Pharmacovigilance experience , or healthcare professional with 5+ years of experience , including 3+ years in safety reporting.

Pharmaceutical industry experience in contract or alliance management preferred .

Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ideal candidates will have strong Pharmacovigilance, vendor management, contract management, and project leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
