Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Stepdown for a travel assignment in Wheeling, WV. This role is within the Intermediate Care Unit offering a dynamic and supportive environment. Candidates will work across 30 beds, handling a variety of medical cases, and collaborating with an in-house hospitalist team.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

Monitor and interpret patient telemetry strips
Titrate critical drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Heparin
Coordinate with the in-house hospitalist and intensivist teams
Conduct groin checks and manage post-cardiac cath patients
Participate in self-scheduling to meet unit needs

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

Active RN License
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
Experience with handling chest pain, CHF, and arrhythmias
