Sales Coordinator (Appointment Scheduling) – Dayton, OH Full-Time | On-Site
Logan Services is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Dayton team. This is a sales support and appointment-setting role—not a sales position. If you enjoy conversations, building rapport, and turning a good lead into a great customer experience, this could be a great fit.

• When a customer reaches out about replacing or upgrading their HVAC system, you'll follow up with them, have a friendly conversation to understand their needs, qualify the lead, and schedule the right appointment with a salesperson.

You're not responsible for selling the system—you're responsible for making sure the customer gets connected with the right person.
Follow up with incoming customer leads by phone, text, and email
Keep customer information accurate in our CRM and scheduling systems
Coordinate closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams
Meet individual and team appointment-setting goals
Help ensure every qualified customer receives timely follow-up
You don't need to be an experienced salesperson. We're looking for someone who knows how to have a great conversation and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.

Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
Able to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Customer service experience is a plus
Experience in customer service, call centers, appointment setting, inside sales, hospitality, or home services is helpful—but we're willing to train the right person.
