Commercial Drywall Estimator Wanted!
Solid Rock Recruiting has partnered with a TOP drywall contractor in the Southeast Bay Area. With over 40 years of combined industry experience and an outstanding reputation for excellence, our client has established themselves as a preferred contractor for prestigious commercial projects throughout the region.
Join an established industry leader specializing in high‑end commercial projects. As their Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in bidding on significant projects valued at over $1MM, focusing on metal stud framing, and drywall systems.
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial drywall/division 9 packages exceeding $1MM.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather essential project details.
Utilize On‑Screen Takeoff Software to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure comprehensive bid proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial drywall and/or commercial plaster sector.
Proficiency in On‑Screen Takeoff Software is essential.
Work on challenging projects that push your skills to new heights.
