Travel: Hospice Care RN

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13‑week travel assignment in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Minimum one year recent clinical experience as an RN.

At least six months of hospice care experience.

Valid RN license in the state of assignment.

Additional certifications or licenses relevant to hospice care.

Assess patient needs and develop individualized hospice care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams.

Educate and support families and caregivers regarding symptom management and end‑of‑life care.

Monitor changes in patient condition, adjusting interventions to maintain quality of life.

Coordinate care with hospice physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to provide holistic support.

Document all care provided, symptom changes, and family interactions accurately and in compliance with hospice regulations.

Ensure adherence to hospice best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Communicate regularly with the hospice care team to ensure continuous compassionate care.

Adhere to infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension of written and verbal instructions in English.

Ability to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment weighing 50‑100 lbs, push, pull, and bend.

Perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and mobility assistance for procedures or equipment.

Possess visual acuity and effective communication skills.
