Technical Recruitment Sourcer

Technical Recruiter

We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as a Junior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you'll play a vital role in our talent acquisition process, supporting the recruitment of top technical talent for our company.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs
Source and identify qualified candidates using various online and offline resources
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Manage the recruitment process efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Participate in recruiting events and build relationships within the tech community
High performers will be given the opportunity to transition into a Sales Development role after successfully completing the recruitment program.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
