WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

Warehouse CoordinatorThe purpose of this position is responsibility for managing inventory, supporting order fulfillment, and maintaining a well-organized and safe warehouse environment, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of sorting orders and other key parts to customers while maintaining the quality and accuracy of the operations.Primary Job FunctionsReceive, unpack, check and stock materials.Address & label packages, compute rates & record weight as well as cost of each shipment when appropriate.Prepare and ensure accuracy on all shipping and receiving orders.Box, stage and ship all products, parts and orders.Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products.Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of customer orders and manage any customer returns.Identify, address and conduct a root cause analysis for stock discrepancies.Sort, organize, and mark items with identifying labels, such as inventory codes, so that inventories can be located quickly and easily.Perform computer transactions to complete timely shipping of parts.Follow inventory control measures and maintain accurate data in the ERP system.Perform a broad variety of duties relative to fulfillment of customer orders.Maintain an orderly work area and warehouse.Embracing related assignments and responsibilities as required to contribute to the overall success of our team.Safety, Quality, and CompliancePromote a "Safety First" culture throughout the company, our customers, and our industry.Ensure adherence to safety and quality across all facets of our operation and customer delivery.Ensure the team works within agreed operating models, and ensure all decisions are made within agreed authority limits.Ensure compliance with agreed policies, processes, procedures, controls and address quality and assurance outcomes as required.Observe and comply with our code of conduct.Identify, implement and embed any Excellence initiatives to improve quality, performance and efficiency of the team to facilitate outstanding customer experience.OrganizationComplete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.Positively and actively support effective communication, encourage and provide constructive feedback.Support the overall organizational vision, values and culture.Embracing related assignments and responsibilities as required to contribute to the overall success of our team.QualificationsRequired Skills/AbilitiesBasic mathematic skillsFantastic communicator both written and oralProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and WordConscientious and cooperative team player attitudeAbility to be self-motivatedOrganize and prioritize tasks independentlyAbility to work in an industrial warehouse environment as well as open office.Ability to drive without restrictions in residency countryEducationHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience2+ years of warehouse experience in a shipping & receiving and inventory capacityData entry and maintenance in an ERP system, IFS preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit at a desk for long periods of time.Kneel, bend, and stand as necessary.Ability to lift more than 50 lbs of equipment as neededAdditional InformationPay BandFor U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated annual base pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 USD per hour.
