RGH Global is seeking a Registered Nurse for the HCR Nursing Unit Rehab. This full-time position is available on the Day Shift (36/36 hours). As a Registered Nurse in the rehabilitation unit, you'll be providing compassionate, individualized care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or other health conditions requiring rehabilitation.
Deliver direct, patient-centered care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on scientific nursing principles.
Utilize rehabilitation equipment and assist patients in recovery.
Maintain patient records in compliance with hospital policies and ensure confidential handling of patient data (HIPAA).
Participate in department committees, surveys, and performance improvement initiatives.
Follow the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, AD).
Active Registered Nurse license.
Ability to input data into computer programs.
Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and processes.
Strong ability to interact with patients and families while maintaining the standard of professional nursing.
