Remote Associate Attorney

A leading Am Law 100 law firm is seeking Healthcare Litigation Attorneys to join its Denver practice. Attorneys with 3+ years of litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will be a driven team player with excellent litigation, legal writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills. Candidates should be self-starters who can handle assignments with minimal supervision while working effectively in a collaborative environment.
The role offers flexibility, including hybrid and fully remote opportunities for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities Handle healthcare litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
Manage assignments independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications Must be licensed and admitted to practice law in Colorado.
3+ years of litigation experience required.
Experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, professional liability, or related litigation preferred.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong oral advocacy and persuasive speaking skills.
Strong academic background preferred.
