A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Lead HIM Hospital Coder/Auditor for a full-time remote position. The successful candidate will review and ensure accurate coding practices for inpatient/observation cases using ICD-10-CM/PCS. Candidates should possess an Associates Degree, with extensive experience in coding audits, and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Preference will be given to those with Epic experience and specific certifications. Join a committed team focused on enhancing healthcare delivery.
