Retail Merchandiser Night Shift

As a Merchandiser, you’ll meet at the office and travel as a team in a company vehicle with company paid gas to the customer location. Place merchandise in the display areas following set plan-o-grams, ensuring that every square foot of the store is properly set according to plan. You’ll also assess customer sales and identify items that are not selling or are discontinued for each customer, making recommendations for replacement items to increase sales and profits.

Provide excellent customer service

Provide merchandising, stocking, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at customer locations

Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store

Occasional build/tear down of store shelving

Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required

Maintain safe store aisles keeping areas neat and orderly

Occasional overnight travel required. CM-ALL

High School graduate or equivalent

6+ months of merchandising or retail experience

Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent customer service skills
