Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and care for medical-surgical patients

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge planning

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements Active RN license

Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical RN experience required

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
