Welder - Aerospace / Manufacturing 2nd shift

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Welder (2nd Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $24/hr + $1/hr shift differential per hour.

The welder will work as part of a manufacturing team to ensure daily goals and objectives are achieved in the welding department.
MIG(Metal Inert Gas) and TIG(Tungsten Inert Gas) welding
Perform work from manufacturing information, bills of material, written and/or oral instructions.
Utilize manufacturing information, determine necessary parts/inventory, jigs/fixtures, and obtain materials from stock areas
Provide assistance to other sheet metal fabricators / operators in performance of their duties as required
Be responsible to deliver material to/from workstations using material handling equipment, position work material on work surface. Ensure correct parts and matching documentation reach next process in a timely fashion
Operate spot welders and interface with robotic welding
Operate spot welders, arc welders, cutting torch, power grinder, power sanders, hand-tools, bandsaws, drills, temporary fixturing devices, jigs and fixtures, and other metal-fabrication equipment as directed.
Inspect parts periodically or as directed utilizing manufacturing information such as drawings / blueprints, make necessary adjustments as required. Inform Supervisor of any quality problems
Be responsible for maintenance of equipment such as welding electrodes, oiling/greasing, machine settings, changing of tooling, and minor adjustments may be necessary.
Perform other duties as required including flexing to other departments.
Must have a High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Minimum of one (1) year of MIG and TIG welding experience or a technical diploma or certification in welding from an accredited institution

Experience demonstrating proficiency of welding techniques, shop blueprint/drawing comprehension, and shop math skills
Minimum of two (2) years of welding experience
Able to move material as needed using material handling carts (push/pull 50lbs)
Team player and able to collaborate with others to effectively complete work assignments per customer orders
Willingness to participate in training opportunities
