Full Time LVN- Flexible Shifts

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center

Pay Range: $26.00 - $38.52 per hour DOE

Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 for full‑time hires

Full‑time schedule: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

PRN schedule: Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs

PRN Commitment Requirements

Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month

At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership

Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

Supervise and support CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life

Current Colorado LPN License

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
