As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy youll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions driving satisfaction and meeting business this role youll lean into your people skills and passion for technology to create unforgettable customer experiences. Well provide ongoing training and self-guided learning so youre always ready to showcase the latest Starlink products and services.
Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience complete transactions drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
Use skills learned from training to provide excellent customer experiences and educate other sales floor employees
Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth
Generate future opportunities by discovering customers current and long-term tech needs
Maintain specified department merchandising and organization
Must be at least 18 years old
3 months of experience working in customer service sales or related fields
