Responsibilities Design and develop a structured curriculum for manufacturing and logistics associates, including virtual, instructor-led, and on-the-job training.
Create high-quality virtual training modules using Articulate 360/Rise, adhering to instructional design best practices.
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical documentation into interactive training materials.
Develop robust assessments and practical checklists to verify learner competency.
Standardize on-the-job training processes, ensuring a smooth transition from virtual learning to practical application.
Requirements 5 to 7 years of experience in instructional design within a technical or industrial environment.
Proven mastery of virtual and live training design and development with knowledge of adult learning theory.
Expertise in Articulate 360 and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Docebo.
Exceptional ability to synthesize complex documentation into engaging training content.
Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with SMEs and technical writers.
