Head of Operations & Business Management

Lead the development and execution of global education strategies, ensuring alignment with Commercial Excellence priorities and enterprise objectives.
Oversee global professional education programs, ensuring sustainability, innovation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in training outcomes.
Translate organizational vision into medium- to long-term operational strategies (3-5 years) that enhance education capabilities and commercial performance.
Manage global operations including planning, budgeting, performance management, and compliance for education programs.
Partner with senior stakeholders across regions and functions to align educational initiatives with customer, patient, and business needs.
Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business, Education, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field).
Significant leadership experience in global education, commercial excellence, or related functions.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing education or training strategies tied to business outcomes.
Strong operational leadership, including budget management, performance oversight, and compliance execution.
Language: English required; additional languages are a plus.
Travel: Up to ~25-40% global travel may be required.
Certifications: Professional certifications in education, training, or project/program management preferred.
