Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position.

In-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention

Specialized on-site training delivered during paid work hours, some sessions eligible for CEUs

Opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services

Clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans

In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

An active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)

A valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered

Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)
