Now Hiring: Journeyman Electrician
Full-Time | Longview, TX | Tri-State Water, Power & Air
Tri-State Water, Power & Air is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Longview, TX. If you're an experienced residential electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Performance-Based Pay Structure: Earn based on what you produce - no ceiling.
Support to Maximize Earnings: We provide training, systems, and support to help you confidently quote and close high-value jobs in the field.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems
Perform panel upgrades, rewires, lighting installations, and whole-home generator installations
Diagnose electrical issues and recommend the best solutions for homeowners
Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes
Provide outstanding customer service on every job
Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members
Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
5+ years of residential electrical experience preferred
Generator installation experience is a plus
Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
