Facilities Maintenance (Handyman) - Full Time

As a Facilities Technician, you play a critical role in maintaining the operational excellence and safety of our facilities. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance and a keen eye for detail, directly contributing to the longevity and efficiency of our infrastructure.
Performs preventive maintenance on critical equipment and building systems, extending asset life and minimizing downtime.
Diagnoses and resolves issues with HVAC systems , ensuring optimal climate control and air quality.
Executes repairs and installations related to plumbing , preventing leaks and maintaining water systems.
Troubleshoots and repairs electrical systems , ensuring safety and continuous power supply.
Manages and completes tasks related to general building maintenance , keeping the facility in excellent condition.
Utilizes hand tools and specialized equipment proficiently to complete a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
Performs basic carpentry tasks, including repairs, installations, and structural adjustments.
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.

Applies 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related trade.

Understands and applies principles of HVAC Systems operation and maintenance.
Possesses knowledge of plumbing systems, including repair and installation techniques.
Knows how to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical systems .
Performs preventive maintenance tasks effectively.
Diagnoses and resolves facility issues through effective troubleshooting .
Executes general building maintenance and repairs.
Works in various environmental conditions, including hot, cold, noisy, and dusty areas.
Stands and walks for extended periods throughout the workday.
