Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures

Assess patient conditions and document findings accurately and timely

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians or supervisors

Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and wellness practices

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards

Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable)

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ pounds as needed

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
