BCBA Supervisor (50% Remote) - Join the Behavioral Health Works Team! At Behavioral Health Works , we're growing with purpose - and we're looking for passionate In-home BCBAs to grow with us. Plus, we're offering up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard!
We specialize in personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child.
As a BCBA Supervisor , you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

Maintain quality documentation and reports
Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
