As a Bartender , you'll craft exceptional cocktails while engaging a wide range of guests-from business professionals, sports fans, families, or just ladies' night out. Pinstripes Bartenders thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing great conversations with efficient service, attention to detail, and a clean, organized bar. Bartender Requirements:

Provides memorable guest service
Work together as a cohesive team with other servers and the kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently
Help personalize the meal
Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
In-depth knowledge of serving customers' needs and understanding of serving food to customers
It is preferable to have previous restaurant experience, but it is not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.
