Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
Float within the hospital as needed based on unit and staffing requirements
Float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
Be available to work every other holiday as part of the standard schedule
Required Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
Current AHA-issued certifications required (no other certification bodies accepted)
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
Former permanent employees of the facility are not eligible to apply as travel nurses
Willingness to complete fingerprinting, drug screen, and required labs within 24–48 hours of signing
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
