Key Responsibilities of the RN - Interventional Radiology
Perform angiograms, neurology interventions, and other specialized procedures
Administer moderate sedation under procedural conditions
Collaborate effectively with a team of nurses and techs in a procedural department
Manage critical care and emergency situations
Ensure precise documentation with the EMR - Expanse system
Requirements of the RN - Interventional Radiology
RN License (required at submission)
BLS & ACLS certifications
Experience in procedural departments such as ICU or ER
Familiarity with moderate sedation practices
Residence within a 30-minute radius of the hospital
