Advanced Care Physical Therapy is a growing outpatient rehab company committed to delivering life-changing results to individuals recovering from injury or managing pain throughout New Jersey. We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in East Orange. In this role, you'll help patients regain movement, reduce reliance on medication, and improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care. We encourage team members to become active in their communities by offering educational seminars and wellness programs.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000

Qualifications: Valid New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities: Identify and address patients’ goals and needs through personalized care

Provide evidence-based treatments that improve motion, mobility, and wellness

Help reduce the need for medication and provide non-surgical alternatives

Develop and lead fitness programs tailored to the local community

Motivate patients to achieve optimal health outcomes

Promote healthy living through educational seminars

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Monitor and document patient progress and communicate with relevant stakeholders

Skills: Current knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices

Motivated and committed to continual professional growth

Demonstrates professionalism and ethical conduct

Ability to manage and adapt to various patient personalities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
