Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care within a hybrid ICU unit encompassing ICU, ACT, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical pods

Monitor and manage critically ill patients in an intensive care setting during overnight shifts

Utilize Cerner electronic health record system for accurate and timely documentation

Float to Telemetry units and sister hospital locations as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Arizona RN License (or compact license eligible for AZ practice)

ACLS certification required

BLS certification required

Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records required

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

Must be available to float to Telemetry units and affiliated facilities as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in a hybrid ICU or multi-acuity unit setting

Familiarity with Telemetry monitoring and Medical-Surgical patient populations

Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple care environments
