What You'll Do
As a Crew Member, you’ll help create an awesome experience for every guest by:

Preparing fresh, high-quality food according to Wingstop standards

Providing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service

Taking orders, handling transactions, and helping guests with questions

Preparing wings, fries, sides, and other menu items with speed and attention to quality

Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant

Following food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Working with your teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy shifts

Restocking supplies and maintaining an organized work area

Learning multiple positions and supporting the team wherever needed

Bringing a positive attitude and great energy to every shift

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn!

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Reliable attendance and transportation

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
