Locums | OB/GYN | Portland, OR (OR license required) Why This Role

• 24-hour in-house call with onsite sleep room for providers
• Flexible shift options: 12-hour (day or night) or 24-hour
• Ongoing need, 3-5 shifts/month minimum — pick what works
• Multiple openings (1-2 providers)
• Focus is in-house call coverage, not clinic Assignment Details
• Start: September 1, 2026, ongoing
• Coverage type: Inpatient call (clinic coverage only if needed)
• Schedule options: - 24-hour in-house call (7:30a-7:30a) - 12-hour shifts: 7:30a-7:30p or 7:30p-7:30a
• Commitment: 3-5 shifts/month minimum
• Call response: 15 minutes (in-house)
• Volume: 15-20 patients
• Setting: Inpatient
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: ~90 days
• Onsite sleep room available Clinical Details
• Full-scope OB: low- and high-risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation, OB ultrasound (Level I/screening), routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, c-section, breech, multiples, abruptions, VBAC), 3rd/4th degree laceration repair
• Office/minor and surgical gynecology not required Requirements
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active OR license
• Active DEA

• Case logs from the past 24 months (showing adequate activity)
• Local candidates highly preferred Compensation
• Bids should reflect: regular, night call, 24-hour call, and call-back rates
• Guaranteed 12 hours/day; OT applies after 12 hours
• Malpractice provided
• Travel and lodging reimbursed
