Description:
Unit has 24 beds with a patient ratio of 1:4 during both days and nights.
Staffing includes a charge nurse, patient care technician, and monitor technician.
The unit is equipped for telemetry monitoring.
Documentation is completed in Allscripts.
Scheduling requires working every other weekend.
Floating policy applies to similar units.
Patient experience standards are prioritized.
Advanced skills required include procedures such as TAVR, ablations, watchman procedures, STEMI management, pacemakers, and CardioMEMS.
