Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design and engineering of custom and standard enclosure systems within a rapidly growing Enclosures Division. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who wants hands-on design responsibility, exposure to real-world manufacturing applications, and the opportunity to grow with a high-performing engineering team.
This position focuses heavily on mechanical design, layout, and product development, supporting enclosure solutions used in industrial, commercial, and facility environments.
Key Responsibilities

Design and engineer enclosure systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Develop layouts, assemblies, and detailed drawings for enclosure products
Support product development from concept through release to manufacturing
Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and project teams to ensure designs meet customer and application requirements
Assist with material selection, design for manufacturability, and basic structural considerations
Revise and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and BOMs
Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited program in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
• 0-3 years of experience in mechanical design or engineering
• Entry-level candidates must have internship, co-op, or relevant hands-on experience
• Proficiency or working knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD
