A respected CPA firm in Farmington Hills, Michigan is seeking a Tax Professional with 2–4 years of public accounting experience to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly on a variety of tax engagements while gaining exposure to financial statement preparation and client service.

What You'll Do

Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including:

Individual (1040)

Partnership (1065)

S Corporation (1120S)

Corporation (1120)

Nonprofit (990)

Fiduciary (1041)

Assist with compilation and review financial statement engagements

Work closely with experienced CPAs and firm leadership

Provide exceptional client service to closely held businesses and individuals

Build technical and professional skills in a supportive office environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• CPA strongly preferred
• 2–4 years of recent public accounting experience
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing tax returns in a CPA firm environment
• Stable career progression with a public accounting firm
• Experience with CCH Axcess or CCH ProSystem software strongly preferred
• Financial statement compilation and review experience is a plus
