We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries

Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience

Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines

Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions

Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays

Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly

Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks

Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Complete required training and follow company policies

Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 28% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
