Set up and adjust various types of presses or manufacturing machines, loading materials and fine-tuning settings like pressure, speed, and temperature to meet production specifications.
Operate different machinery to produce quality products while meeting production goals.
Perform routine inspections during operation to ensure products meet quality standards, making adjustments as needed.
troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report more complex problems.
Document production activities, inspection results, downtime, and equipment issues accurately.
Identify and resolve issues like jams or misfeeds promptly, making adjustments or seeking assistance when necessary.
Collaborate with supervisors, quality control staff, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency and resolve production challenges.
Experience operating manufacturing machinery such as presses, conveyors, or other industrial equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Basic mechanical comprehension and troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience with different types of manufacturing machinery or processes.
Knowledge of simple machine maintenance or repairs.
Previous experience maintaining production records or documentation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as a machine or press operator in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required-training will be provided for motivated candidates.
