As Growth Manager, you will turn strategy into measurable outcomes across awareness, acquisition, activation, and expansion. You'll run data-driven experiments, own key channels and campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

Translate the Head of Growth's strategy into quarterly roadmaps, campaigns, and experiments with clear KPIs.

Plan and run multi-channel programs (email, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, paid, events/webinars, ABM) to create and progress qualified opportunities.

Improve conversion across the funnel (MQL→SQL→opportunity→win) using testing, content, and nurture sequences.

recommend actions from the data.

Create and maintain pitch assets, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive battlecards; support field teams with playbooks.

Plan and execute conferences, webinars, and community meetups.

Own award submissions, analyst questionnaires, marketplace/catalog listings, and testimonial/reference pipelines.

Coordinate with PR partners, draft press materials, manage media/influencer outreach, and support announcements/launches.

Partnerships support: Coordinate co-marketing and co-sell motions with cloud/core/SI partners; Own CRM/automation hygiene (e.g., 3–6 years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing, ideally in Financial Services software or B2B SaaS.

• Proven record running multi-channel programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
• proficient with marketing automation/CRM, analytics, and A/B testing.
• comfortable producing concise GTM assets.
• Familiarity with core banking, digital banking, or fintech partnerships; You'll have high ownership and your work will directly and measurably impact our pipeline, revenue, and brand.

You'll work directly with the Head of Growth and our founding team, turning strategy into action without layers of bureaucracy.
