Pride Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health for a 13-week contract assignment supporting a leading healthcare organization in Olympia, WA .

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, and overall health management.
• Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Home health experience preferred.
• Assignment Length: 13-week contract
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes
