Millwright/Mechanical Assembly

FieldBridge is looking for a Mechanical Technician in Vernal, UT to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $24.00-$26.00/hr (DOE) | 10-12 Hour Shifts | 6:00 AM - approximately 5:00 PM Including at least one weekend day | Weekly Pay Every Friday | OT Opportunity Available | At $26.00/hr working 60 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $2,210 gross.

Position Overview

FieldBridge is looking for a Mechanical Technician in Vernal, UT. This hands-on shop role is responsible for production tree assembly, valve assembly, equipment testing, and maintenance operations in support of oilfield services. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2 years of hands-on oilfield mechanical experience - 5+ years preferred - with direct experience using torque tools, test pumps, and valve testing equipment. Strong preference for candidates local to the Vernal, UT area or within one hour's drive due to scheduling flexibility needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production tree assembly, valve assembly, and testing in accordance with company standards and safety protocols
• Utilize torque tools and test pumps for equipment assembly and validation
• Maintain assigned equipment according to the reliability-centered maintenance program and --Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems - recording materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce asset downtime, improve turnaround time, and lower cost of service delivery
• Assist with painting and finishing processes as needed; respirator certification required for painting tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience in oil and gas - 5+ years preferred
• Hands-on experience with production tree assembly, valve assembly, and equipment testing
• Proficiency with torque tools and test pumps
• Basic computer skills - Excel, Word, etc.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day; mechanical lifting equipment available once trained
• Must be local to Vernal, UT or within one hour's drive

Safety & PPE

• PPE provided - coveralls, hard hat, safety glasses, and work boots
• Respirator certification required for painting processes
