Home-Based BCBA

Carelinks ABA is growing, and we're looking for BCBAs (both P/T and F/T) who genuinely care about doing meaningful work with kids and families! Our approach is simple: be supportive, be reliable, communicate clearly, and put the child's needs at the center of everything. We provide child-led, individualized ABA services in homes and community settings, with flexibility built into the role so you can work in a way that fits your life while still giving families the consistency they deserve.
As a BCBA with Carelinks, you'll oversee treatment plans, mentor your RBT team, and partner with families to create meaningful, practical change. Review data and adjust programming as needed
Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach
Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs
Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment)
Active BCBA certification
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions
In-home ABA experience
Bilingual abilities
