Amount of Travel Required: Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – Overtime frequently required.)

Position Summary The inventory specialist will support our Company's facilities in receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Essential Functions Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location.

Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received.

Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management.

Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Accurately maintain company database including all stock and warehouse items.

Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped.

Communicating demand of stocked items to the procurement team.

May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.

Performs other related job duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.

Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance in Houston, TX (if applicable).

Most employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including 3-year U.S. driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).

S High School Diploma or GED required.

3–4 years of relevant work experience in a related field.

Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse.

Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs.

Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred.

Typing and record-keeping skills are necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory.

A Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard.

The Inventory Specialist primarily works in a warehouse/shop environment that makes them susceptible to common hazards such as physical strain, moving machinery, loading, unloading, falling objects, slips, trips, and falls. building alarms) deriving from in person speech, telephone, or other remote speech. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
