SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver a warm, genuine, and memorable welcome to every guest, embodying Southern hospitality with a touch of Dolly-inspired charm, humility, and personality
Uphold luxury service standards and brand voice, ensuring every interaction feels personal—not transactional
Help clean and prepare guest rooms to impeccable luxury standards, ensuring every detail reflects comfort and care
Deliver a consistent, high-quality presentation ofpublic areas, back of house spaces, androoms including linens, amenities, and cleanliness
Identifyand report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience
Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with the utmost care and discretion
Restockhousekeeping suppliesandmaintainorganization of housekeeping areas andguest space
Respond to guest requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalism
Support the Housekeeping Room Attendants with any needs to complete work daily with the highest quality possible
Remove trash, soiled linens, and debris from guest floors and service areas
Stock and organize housekeeping closets and carts throughout the shift
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover during high occupancy
Create a welcoming, refreshed environment that feels personal and inviting
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments
Represent the hotel’s culture of kindness, pride, and attention to detail in every room serviced
Maintain highstandards at all times while on property and allguestfacing space in the hotel.Includingprofessional posture, full uniform,welcoming demeanor, nopersonal devices atanytime,food/beverage,and any other items as directed by senior leadership.
Collaborate withall hotel team members to ensureabove and beyondservice in all areas.

QUALIFICATIONS Previoushotelexperiencepreferredin upscale, lifestyle or luxury hotelsetting.
Workbackgroundreflectsa successfultrack recordof accomplishment and growth in hospitalityoperationswith proven experience leadingmulti-departmental hotel operations
Passion for delivering elevated guest experiences and attention to detail
Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 25-50lbs
Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury boutique standards
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across departments
High levelof integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
A love for storytellingthrough the guest experience
Previoushousekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a hotel or luxury setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift required items
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to follow instructions andmaintainconsistency in standards
Respectful, integrity, and professional demeanor
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
